Shipping policy

Shipping providers all have different shipping timescales. These can be found on the individual website. 

Items will be shipped within 2 weeks of order being placed, shipping times are added onto this timeframe, therefore item may not be received for 3 weeks. 

Most couriers aim for 3-5working days delivery.

All orders will be shipped with full tracking information, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery information is correct, there will be no replacements sent for items that show as delivered to the address placed on the order.

 

International Orders – Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom (including the USA and Canada) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. SHIPPING CHARGE COVERS DDP AND THIS WILL BE PAID, WHICH WILL SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE THE RISK OF ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Kelz Kreationz UK is not responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your order. By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any such charges should there be any issues with the DDP we have paid at shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

🇬🇧 UK: 3–7 working days

🇺🇸 USA: 7–14 working days

🇨🇦 Canada: 10–21 working days
